Manual forklift tilter from vertical to horizontal and vice versa for storage saddles.
The BS97 tilter is designed to position drums horizontally on storage saddles. The drum is hooked up and rotated using the 4 struts: if the latter is vertical and you want to rotate it horizontally, fit it with the struts and then, while lowering the forks, move back the forklift until the locking lever clicks; if you want to move it from the horizontal to the vertical position instead, always fit it with the 4 struts, then after releasing the rotation by pulling the locking lever (using the rope), advance with the forklift and raise the forks until the drum has reached the vertical position. All drum handling operations take place from the driver's seat without the operator having to leave the forklift.
The drums are transported horizontally and a special spacer allows the taps to be mounted on the vertical drum, if necessary, before rotation.
The tilter is simply and safely secured to the forks by means of the clamping bracket.
