Manually operated station for manual rotation of cylinders of different diameters.
The BS103 B manual fixed station finds its best use when it is necessary to rotate a small quantity of cylinders in the same place (even with different shapes and materials: iron, plastic, cardboard).
Built in sturdy metal structural works to be anchored to the ground (stainless steel or painted with anti-rust and enamel), BS103 B is characterized by the ease of loading and unloading of cylinders.
The clamping jaws, 400/600 mm high, are completely covered with high adhesion rubber (interchangeable) for a better grip and protection of the cylinders.
The clamping-up, lifting and rotation of the cylinder are carried out manually; the lifting by means of a lever pump, while the clamping and the 360° continuous lateral rotation in both directions are carried out by turning the dedicated handwheel.
At the customer's request, the fixed station can be operated by a pneumatic pump, or surrounded by guards with access doors to the work area.
