Product description
The BS94 ETC crane is a counterweighted jib crane with a fixed column and electric traction that allows for lifting loads up to 1000 kg.
It is equipped with an electric wire rope with a stroke of 1000 mm that reaches a jib length of 1653 mm. It also has an additional mechanical extension with a fixed capacity of 200 kg that allows for reaching a free jib length of 2155 mm.
The lifting, lowering, advancing, and retracting of the wire rope are all electrically operated. The speed of all arm functions is adjustable by the operator.
A speed selector is positioned on the steering wheel that regulates the traction speed:
"Turtle" position (max 1.5 km/h): slow driving speed for narrow passages and safe load handling.
"Hare" position (max 3 km/h): standard and progressive driving speed for long distances.
Equipped with two-lever controls for activating the arm lift and descent, wire rope advancing and retracting.
The BS94 ETC model allows for movement and lifting of loads in full compliance with current regulations for the protection of operator safety.
The hydraulic system is equipped with a blocking valve that prevents the load from falling in case of accidental tube breakage.
The pump is equipped with a maximum valve that prevents machine overload.
